  Summer -
  4-6 Night Stay - 10% discount
  7-9 or More Nights - 20% discount
  10+ Nights - 25% discount

  Fall Specials—(Sunday—Thursday Stays)
  2 Nights 10% Discount
  3 Nights 15% Discount
  4 Nights 20% Discount
  5 Nights 25% Discount

Winter -
  Monday through thursday nights are approximately 25% off our weekend rates.
