Housekeeping

Daily housekeeping is NOT available. For extended stays, weekly housekeeping might be arranged. Please contact the office for details.

Deposit is required. Deposits are not refundable.

After arrival, deposit will be credited to the last day of the reserved period. Deposit will be forfeited if departure is earlier than scheduled. Deposit must be received within one week or reservation will be cancelled.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Should it be necessary for you to cancel your reservation, a fourteen (14) day notice is required, holiday reservations require a thirty (30) day notice. If cancellation occurs after the required notification date, your deposit is forfeited. A $10.00 cancellation fee is deducted from refunded deposits.

Additionally, cancellation of any portion of the reservation (number of days) must be made at least fourteen (14) days prior to original arrival date; otherwise the full amount for the original reserved stay is payable upon arrival.

Pets are allowed, with permission, in these cabins only:

  One Bedroom - 4, 6, 7 and 17
  Two Bedroom - 23, 26, and 36
  Studio - 22
  Deluxe spa - 30

  Review Area Map

  1. There will be an extra $6.00 per night charge per pet.
  2. A $50.00 pet deposit per pet is required. The pet deposit is refundable after departure if there has been no damage. This deposit must be sent with regular deposit.
  3. If additional damage is done above the $50.00 deposit, guest will be charged.
  4. The pet is not to be left unattended at any time in the cabin. It must also be on a leash while outside on resort grounds.

Discount Policy

In appreciation of the guests who stay for longer periods of time, the following discounts are available (discount pricing is reflected on rate charts):

  Summer -
  4-6 Night Stay - 10% discount
  7-9 or More Nights - 20% discount

  10+ Nights - 25% discount

  Winter -
  No discount available
